To celebrate UMCA’s 40th anniversary, 40 artists who had major exhibitions at the UMCA since 1975 will donate artworks in recognition of the impact the UMCA had on their careers. The exhibition of these prints, drawings, and photographs will serve as a reminder of the great impact these artists have had in opening up important dialogue on ideas relevant to contemporary art and society. Artists include Daniel Buren, Joel Shapiro, William Wegman, Jenny Holzer, Dawoud Bey, Kimsooja, LaToya Ruby Frazier, as well as architects Tod Williams /Billie Tsien, among many other renowned local, national, and international artists. https://fac.umass.edu/UMCA/Online/4040
