Anita Līcis-Ribak is an award-winning art photographer and interior architect. Her work has been shown and published in the U.S., Europe and Russia. She lives in Amherst, MA. City on the Sea is a kaleidoscopic, nostalgic photo essay of the photographer's return visits to the city of her birth, Riga, Latvia.
