Connected and Consequential: Generating New Art Ecologies

Now, more than ever, artists are working collaboratively across disciplines to find creative, equitable and intelligent ways of transitioning to a more sustainable and just future.

During this 1 day conference Artists in Context will bring you Case Studies in hybrid practice, Skill Building in research methods, and Strategies for presenting hybrid work to funders and publics. 

Presenters include:

Marty Pottenger: Art at Work; Police, Nurses, Clerks and Politicians

Animating Democracy/Barbara Schaffer Bacon:  What Difference? Making the Case

Case Studies (moderated by Kathy Couch):

Joseph Krupczynski: "Moveable Feast" and "How Can We?"

Lisa DePiano: Mobile Design Lab; Adventures in Permaculture

Young Min Moon: MixRice Collective

Marie Cieri: Research methods in Alt-mapping
