This exploration class mixes drawing, painting, collage, and writing with tools of inner-awareness to help us see, feel, and express ourselves more authentically. Simple, fun art supplies (crayons, pens, markers, watercolors, and glue) plus open work/play time engage your creativity. Self-awareness and consciousness are invited through prompts, exercises, short meditations, journaling, and opportunities to work & talk together. This class is intended for adults.
