Laurie Goddard, Shelburne Falls Artist with studios both in Shelburne Falls and in the I Cottage St. building in Easthampton, is having a retrospective exhibition at the Elusie Fine Art Gallery, Old Town Hall in Easthampton, from February 13 through March 11, with an Artist Reception during Artwalk Easthampton on February 13 from 5 to 8PM.

This exhibit features work in various media – acrylic, mixed media, encaustic – from the last 5 years, showcasing Goddard’s constant creativity and boldness. “ I am influenced by the great Modernists and the Abstract Impressionists, as well as recorded Music and Poetry. Gesture, serenity, memory, elegance and the thrill of the hunt are my main motives for painting.”
