Kim Watchtel's new collection of handmade designs will be on view in the Neil Hammer Gallery through the end of March.
This work furthers Wachtel's explorations of her Eastern European ancestor's folk art traditions. Watchtel says
"My Polish and Hungarian ancestors continue to inspire thoughts and work which reflect my love for the natural world, the land, the cycles and beautiful mysteries."
Vibrant gouache floral paintings as well as multi-media work combine her love for simple design, embroidery and watercolor. Her work can also be seen on her website:http://www.whereearthmeetssky.com/
