Event Description

This installation will feature sixteen 40” x 60” photographs. “The photos are scaled to evoke a sense of being present in the Meadows, an area only about a half mile from downtown Northampton” says Feick. Feick will also show smaller archival photographs and hand-made books.

Feick has taken the photographs using infrared capture with a specialized digital camera that allows her to get some exceptional results. She says, “The camera renders images from light that is just beyond visible to our human eyes: Greens look white and skies are dark and dramatic.”
