Event Description
this side of the flood WATERS - an art performance and contemporary ceremony in two acts. Act I: May 5th at 4 pm Water carriers begin the Deerfield River and walk through the village of Shelburne Falls reflecting on the river, the power of water, and the effects of the 2011 flood. The ceremony ends at The Art Garden on Depot St. for a reception. Act II: June 9th at 8:30 pm Water carriers leave The Art Garden and return to the river. Best viewing for both acts will be along the river across from McCusker’s Market.
