Welcome to Valley Art Share!

Valley Art Share (VAS) is a growing online community of artists in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. It was created by Commonwealth Center for Change (C3) in collaboration with the Northampton Center for the Arts to provide a community wide resource that encourages artists to connect with each other and their community. Through our work with artists in the past two years it has become increasingly evident that artists and the community benefit from greater access to each other and through these connections are able to utilize a wide range of alternative resources that can further their work and its intersection with the community at large.

VAS is committed to supporting the potential of the creative community in the Pioneer Valley by creating an online resource and peer lead programming that strengthens artists’ ability to make their work and interface with the community in mutually beneficial ways.
