Artist Statement/Bio

Cynthia Fulton, a printmaker and art teacher has been working with children and the arts for 43 years, from her days in a Montessori School in India to 20 years at Eaglebrook School in Deerfield MA.She founded Meadowedge in 1984, and , in recent years,has been teaching children of her first students.

Describe your organization or gallery

Set on a hill above tree lined meadows in Bernardston, MA, Meadowedge offers 3- 13 year olds a deep and enduring involvement with visual art.

Small classes and the continuity of a 25 week program provide a stable framework within which imagination and skills grow together into unified expression
