- My art is the creation of furry, feathery, shiny or rainbow things that wander, swarm, lurk or dance. My art pieces range from colorfully rendered oil paintings of terrified pheasants, to the manipulations of a hulking squid puppet, to performances in a bulbous bodysuit, dancing in and out of remembered space. I work with themes of nostalgia, wonder, emotional attachment to inanimate objects and the interplay between memory and space, in an attempt to create a magical disruption in the everyday.
