Artist Statement/Bio
Born 1969 in San Juan Puerto Rico. At early age he received several prizes and mentions for art works. (Luquitex young artist contest, American Express art contest and other) Make studies in Liga de arte de San Juan courses of experimental painting photography and drawing. Communication; in Sagrado Corazón University and industrial design in Escuela de Artes Plástica Puerto Rico. Learning about traditional crafter graphic art and painting amongst some of the brightest and most influential artists of the Puerto Rico and the Caribbean
Describe your organization or gallery
Gaddier Fine art studio in Open Square at heart of Holyoke’s Historic Canal District. Making several fine art exhibitions in New England and Puerto Rico, The artist also evolved in his own studio as editorial illustrator, graphic artist, photographer and art director

The Northampton Arts Council will be hosting a community
meeting to discuss the upcoming ArtsEZ grant cycle on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, 6pm to 8pm at APE at Window, 126 Main Street, Northampton.

At this event, we will showcase the exciting work of three outstanding past grant recipients; Angela Zammarelli, Stephen St. Francis Decky, and Peter Blanchette. In addition to presenting the ArtsEZ grant process, Gordie Thorne and Lisa Thompson of APE at Window will speak about the Round House and Artist Trust developments, Julia Handschuh of Commonwealth Center for Change will present the new Valley Art Share website and we'll have an open discussion about arts in Northampton.
