- I work mostly in glass and metal. Both require lots of heat, and are fascinatingly fun materials, rigid but soft, cold but organic. I make sculptures, installations, jewelry, ornaments, vessels, decorations, housewares....
I'm interested in connecting art with social justice...nests, cocoons, enclosures, ideas around identity and peoples' stories, immigration and nation, health care, education...also interested in bringing back the handmade in general....artist, teacher, student, musician.
