- Celebrating illustration online and in print, Paint & Pixel Festival was founded in 2010 by Peggy Twardowski, wife of comic artist Sean Wang ("Runners" and “The Tick”), to showcase and cross promote the Pioneer Valley and Western New England’s wealth of talented book illustrators, comic artists, and cartoonists.
