Celebrate two years of art and community at the Gateway City Arts Anniversary Party on Saturday, May 17, at 92 Race Street, Holyoke, MA.

Gateway City Arts will open its doors to the public from 2:00-5:00pm for tours of the multi-level facility. There will be an exhibition of artwork by Gateway City Arts members and students of GCA's classes. A fashion show will be put on by Career Point, an organization that has been collaborating with GCA on career development for teens. Attendees can take a mini introductory class on Latin Dance, Swing Dance and Argentine Tango, followed by performances.

Later that evening, at 7:00pm there will be a dance party that begins with an introductory Swing dance lesson, followed by live music from 8:00-11:00pm, by Johnny & The Flashbacks.

The Open House from 2:00-5:00pm will be free of charge, including the dance lessons and light refreshment. The evening dance party from 7:00-11:00pm is $10 per person or $15 for two. Tickets are available at the door and include the dance lesson. Beverages will be for sale.
