- A.P.E. is a non-profit arts organization that is located in downtown Northampton. For 30 years, A.P.E.occupied 10,000 sq. feet of space on the third floor of Thornes Market and in 2007 re-located to its new building, Window, at 126 Main St. A.P.E. serves artists working in every medium and has contributed signifigantly to the artistic culture of Northampton.
